Shpperson (of Laurel, Md.) to Park Service Staff at Topeka, Kans., which is highly critical of Sam and the Moton Museum, discussing the “Prince Edward Holocaust,” adding, “Racism is alive and well in Prince Edward County,” and “Sam Wilson knows as much about creating a museum as a pig does about teaching Sunday school” (Willie died 2012 January 27. He had graduated from Moton High School in 1955. He was one of the petitioners for the case of Dorothy E. Davis, et al,. and the Prince Edward County School Board, one of the cases in the Brown v.
